I've been asking myself, what do I do with the passion for the photography, which I've been nourishing for the past 15+ years. I'm a software engineer in the end. However I do believe many people have same questions in their life, about what do I do with activities that do not contribute towards my financial goals, even though you master something to the extent where you could start earning but too afraid of giving up the well paying career. Well, you don't have to. Passions can be chased independently from what your main career is, moreover you should keep your hobbies and passions because you never know where they could take you, not necessarily paying off directly. Here I am, in Dubai, where I've been invited to a Yacht party as a photographer, big thank you to the good connections for this unexpected opportunity. Such opportunities create new opportunities and allow you to meet new people, make new connections, which could be life changing. This is only one of the good examples of where the hobby-passion can take you. This is my encouragement to everyone to keep chasing their hobbies and passions, because at some point in your life, they may open the new door.
