Today is one of those rare weekends on my own and today I have decided to do my “drop pin on the map and go” day. This time my destination happened to be North Wales, Llandudno.

I woke up late, was not sure where I was going to end up. Quickly opened hotels booking app and started to look for last minute deal. Found a very tempting offer, but while I was hesitating, it was already gone. As soon as I have located another acceptable one – booked straight away without much checking of the location itself. I think that is the most exciting things in life – you just surprise yourself. I went exploring locations I have never been to and this is what brings that awesome feeling of discovery and freedom.

Around 4.5 hours drive and I’m here in Llandudno, North Wales. I have been to quite a few places in UK, however this one felt special – receptionist confirmed that I’m not the only one impressed of these views. View from the hill is breathtaking and the town itself is so beautiful! There also is a pier, which seemed nicer than those overwhelmed with attractions. This one seemed different as the entire town too, compared to the places I’ve been before. It is my second time I ended up exploring Wales and I feel I will come back there again! Scenery and landscapes alone are worth exploring this part of UK, but when you add those beautiful towns – it is even more exciting. Last time I have been to Porthmadog, Harlech Castle and drove through Snowdonia National Park.

All my trips end up with a gallery and this time no different – please check the gallery and picturesque locations below!
